Get Rid Of Your Pride

Don't be among those people who has the erroneous idea that rich people has to be proud. No that's wrong! Infact, the symbol of true successful and prosperous man is absolute humility! Try to always put yourself in the know that a man's pride will bring him to his fall but one whose humble in spirit brings honour to himself.

According to the book of James 4:6; God resists the proud and gives more grace to the humble. So for a man to receive riches from God, he has to be humble at heart to the point in his life that God will reach out to him and give him grace and that grace translates to riches and abundance. Although, some may have attained a great status in the society through some wrong means and therefore are very proud; don't let that bother you atall, just forget them.

Am only referring to all those through their hard works attained riches in the society and those through some blessings and favour journeying successfully on the leather of wealth until they become very prominent in the society.

Life is spiritual and they spiritual principle of attaining greatness is that oneself must be very humble in all ramifications for him to be lifted by God. 

Just like King Saul in Israel was really a humble man; God chose him and made him the King of Israel, he reigned until he became very proud and arrogant that after a few year later, God removed the crown from him and gave it to the humble David, whose a lowly shepherd boy to rule the great Israel. King David was very humble, that God called him a man after His own heart. God loved him and blessed him and his seeds. 

You can impress God just by being humble! God exalts the humble, just like Peter the fisherman impressed God his humility and therefore he attained greatness and was made one of the Apostles of Jesus Christ. I want you to imagine and ask yourself a question like "How does God sees me"? As a humble or a proud man or woman? It pays to be humble because humility is the gateway to true greatness!
