PATIENCE VS. PERFECT WORK

But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing (James 1:4).

The trying of your faith brings patience. Learning to be patient has a role to play in your life. Patience will restrain you from many troubles.
When you are patient, your strength will not be small in the face of adversity. (Proverbs 24:10).
A patient person will not speak anyhow.
He or she will count ten before speaking a word. Such a person will not quarrel or fight over seats in the church. A patient person invokes the company and power of the Holy spirit and the temper is always put under control. Patience is a great quality for Christians.
A leader must be patient.

No matter the level of provocation, hold yourself, be patient. You will always be on the winning side. Any person who lacks patience will suffer stroke and high blood pressure including diabetes easily because of the stress it comes with.

Impatience is a harbinger and conveyor of stress. Learn to be patient. Life is lived in times and seasons. It is better you understand it today to avoid frustration. Some times and seasons are for sowing, others are for waiting, some are for reaping. At times, you could witness a sudden season of blessings and growth, followed by a long period of stabilizing and testing.

Never make the mistake of comparing yourself with others. If you do, you may become jealous which is bad enough and the Holy spirit will shift from you.
Your destiny is unique and different. God has planned a unique trajectory for you. Your talents, gifts, calling differs, from those of others.
Hold yourself. Your change is coming, be patient. Pray for miracles but don't be
disappointed if your answer comes gradually. You may feel frustrated with the pace of your progress but God is never in a hurry. He spent 80 years in preparing Moses, and Moses spent another 40 years in the wilderness. Be patient, you are a continuous project in the hands of the Almighty God.

                                                               PRAYER
Father, bless me with the virtue of patience in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

He Wants You Vibrant And Strong

Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth (3 John 1:2). One of the ways to improve your health is making sure you have good enough rest for your physical body, and good sleep has a role to play in this. It’s recommended to sleep for a certain number of hours every day. Although some people say, "There’re days that I sleep throughout; and then other days, I just stayed awake." That isn’t a normal lifestyle. If you’re that way, always cutting back on sleep, then you’ve got to reorder your lifestyle. You’re not supposed to go on for several days without sleep, hoping to make up by sleeping eventually for twenty-four hours. That’s not going to work. Over time, chronic insomnia could drastically affect your health. God made day and night on purpose. Night has a cooling effect on the natural body. The biological effect of night is to cause you to sleep, to create the instincts of sleep, yet some people will still
